Welcome Baby Tuna...
Early summer in Tipton, Indiana, in a sweet pink and creme nursery was the perfect setting for a truly special newborn photography session.
I was thrilled to be invited in the Huston's family home, after working together to capture, Momma Alex's maternity experience with her beautiful family during a sunrise session in Carmel, Indiana.
One of the true highlights of this session (besides sweet baby Ruby's sweet snuggles and big brother Hank showing me the ropes when it comes to his toy cars) was meeting Grandma as well. She actually makes each new grandchild their own custom pillow and blanket to help welcome their arrival. It's such a sweet touch that was so very important to the family, I was head over heels to see it and help savor it's special spot in her heart, always.
Gosh - I don't even know how to share just how sweet this family truly is! I can't wait to watch Ruby and big brother Hank conquer more and more milestones together as they continue to grow up together. Best friends for life.

p.s. Baby Tuna? Big brother Hank gave baby Ruby this nickname as I talk about here in the family's maternity session. No one knows why he choose this nickname, but it has stuck... and is just so dang cute!
