Early Spring Maternity Session in Carmel, Indiana for First Time Parents
So... I'm not the biggest fan of cold weather, but what's not to love about the chance to capture a family growing in love, beautiful baby belly, and some beautiful spring blooms.
Meet Sheena & Thomas! This couple, from Tipton, Indiana are excited to be welcoming their first child ( a little boy) here in the next few weeks.
And just as in life - with maternity and newborns JUGGLING is key, lol. We actually had planned to shoot this once it warmed up a bit, BUT due to that little guy messing with Momma's health and the family's delivery plans Momma and Daddy wanted to bump it up to make sure we didn't miss a moment -AND- they were awesome troopers about it all. Not to mention, Sheena absolutely rocked her dark green maternity dress that she'd only picked a day or two before hand, don't ya think?
Ughhha!! I just love photographing expecting Mommas! And those sweet little dumplin's when they arrive! Gives ya all the feels, ya know?!
Pro Tip: When planning your own maternity session be sure to chat with your photographer about the best time to shoot. Personally, I suggest to our clients we aim for 34-36 weeks so that Momma's belly is fully shaped, she's still comfortable enough to move around and we have plenty of time if your sweet one decides to make his/her arrival into this world early.
But back to it... Congratulations, Sheena and Tom! I can't wait to meet the newest addition to your family here soon! Thank you for inviting me to be apart of it all.
