Celebrating Bree : A Sunset Senior Session in Westfield Flower Fields
There’s something special about photographing a senior who already knows who she is—and isn’t afraid to let it shine.
Bree’s senior session was all heart, golden light, and wide open wildflowers. She’s a proud Sheridan High School student with a big personality, a grounded sense of self, and the kind of laughter that fills the frame with joy.
We met in Westfield, Indiana, at one of my favorite natural park locations during the late summer-to-early-fall transition. The sun dipped low and the breeze rolled in—setting the perfect tone for this once-in-a-lifetime milestone.

Sheridan High School Senior Photography With Heart
What I love most about Sheridan High School senior photography is getting to celebrate students like Bree. Her vision for the session was clear:
- Fall-inspired tones
- A hint of late-summer wildflower magic
- Country girl charm that stayed true to who she is
And truly, Bree nailed it.
She showed up glowing, grounded, and ready to soak it all in. We wandered through golden fields, found the *just-right* flowers still holding on at the season’s edge, and ended the night laughing together beneath a glowing Indiana sunset.

Country Girl Style + True Personality
Senior sessions aren’t about forcing poses or dressing like someone you’re not. Bree knew that. She wore outfits that felt *like her*—pulled-together but relaxed, styled but easy to move in.
Her confidence came through in every frame, not because she was trying hard, but because she was *comfortable*.
And that’s the magic of senior photos done right:
- They freeze a version of your daughter that’s equal parts strength and softness
- They hold the laughter and the dreams she hasn’t even spoken out loud yet
- They let her look back and say: “That was *me*”

A Season Worth Capturing
Late summer and early fall might just be my favorite time of year for **Sheridan High School senior photography**.
Here’s why:
- You get the warm glow of summer light
- Early fall color starts to peek in
- The weather is still mild, which means fewer reschedules
- Wildflowers and soft green grass are still hanging on
If you're a parent of a Sheridan senior and wondering when to schedule, this window is a sweet spot. (Bonus: It’s a little less busy than peak fall or spring.)

Needing to Plan Your Own Senior A Session?
If you’re looking ahead to your daughter’s senior year and trying to figure out the right time and photographer, I’d love to connect. Whether she’s a little shy or full of sass (or both), I work hard to create space where she can just *be*—because the best portraits come from comfort and connection, not forced smiles.
