She was very helpful in planning the session, including rescheduling us after my son sustained a concussion and had horrible bruising on his face not suitable for pictures. She immediately made us feel so relaxed and comfortable, we couldn't help but to all have natural smiles. She was amazing with my children, had tons of fun games for them to play, gave them time to relax when they needed it. She was able to truly capture their personalities.
