Funny thing about this session, I’d been to #Coxhall Gardens and photographed families there a hundred times but somehow I never saw the giant red barn.
So when the Soultz family reached out and wanted to shoot there, I was super excited! I had only just learned about it a few days before when a girlfriend was showing me her engagement photos.
…The sad thing is that I was married at Coxhall. LIKE WITHIN SIGHT of the barn and still never noticed it. As my mom says, “if it were a snake…”
But the GREAT thing about lifestyle & family adventure photography is that you don’t always have to leave home to find new places to explore! And this session goes to prove it. Sweet Jojo and Hayden were a little quite (per the norm) when we started the shoot, but soon the wiggles and giggles came out and we started having some fun together. Not to mention…snacks.
