Baby Emerson | Posed & Lifestyle Newborn Session in the Studio | The Porta Family

Rise and shine world – it’s time to meet sweet baby Emerson!

And I’ll freely admit that Sarah & Jacob did a great job naming this little bean. Lol. I say that because the name Emerson was on our own short list of names when we were expecting a handful of years ago. But… I digress.

Let me tell you about this sweet family instead. I got to meet Sara and Jacob a few months ago when they hired me to help them share the news with family and friends that they were expecting (as you may recall it from here.)

Fast-forward a couple of months though and little E has arrived and officially made her way into the world. When I got to hang out with her and the family she was coming up on 7 weeks old but was still so snuggly. I mean seriously, is there anything better then fresh cut flowers, fresh baked bread or that little thing newborns do when you lift them from a car seat and the scrunch up those little legs up in a stretch?! Ugh all these years later it’s stills so precious.

Not to mention since we were able to keep the Little Bean asleep for most of the session we also got to work in some seriously cute baby in a bucket shots! Eeek!
