First, Checking In. Hi It's Me. Again.
Every spring I promise myself and you that THIS is the year that blogging doesn't hit the back burner. But then I meet so many amazing couples and families that I overschedule sessions throwing my office hours into editing-only mode keeping pace with sneak peeks, delivery dates and gallery reveals.
So once again, hi. It's me again. Your girl, Chels.
The 2022 season is almost over and I'm settling back into pace. Per the norm, August-December was crazy and I've fallen behind. Which means my work this winter is certainly cut out for me with 30+ sessions to blog to catch up. lol.
But that's enough of the small talk...let's try picking up where I left off... weddings first; with Brandi and Tregg's leading the way.
Brandi & Tregg's July Barn Wedding in Northern Indiana
Just north of Fort Wayne in Rome City, Indiana is a beautiful vintage barn venue known for its expansive tap room, beautiful orchard and chandelier dripping loft. So when Brandi and Tregg, a couple from northern Indiana reached out about their July 4th Weekend Wedding, I thought a road trip was definitely in order.
After chatting with the couple over Zoom during our planning meetings, I got to learn all about the little family they've been building as well as their dreams for a family-centric, romantic wedding before taking off for their honeymoon in Mexico.
Jealous? Yeah, me too. but if you think that sounds amazing, just wait until you see how this couple looked on the big day itself!
