One of the greatest joys of being a photographer isn't simply meeting new families—it's having the privilege of watching them grow over the years as well!
Some sessions introduce me to a family for the very first time. Others feel like catching up with old friends. The Meier family has become one of those families that reminds me why I love what I do.

I first met Mom and Dad when they were expecting their first kiddo, Will.
Now, years later, I found myself photographing them again—this time with Will proudly preparing to become a big brother!
Watching families return year after year is one of the greatest privileges of my career. Each session becomes another chapter in a story we've been telling together.

One of my favorite parts of this session was seeing how much Will has grown.
The tiny baby I first photographed has become a little boy with endless curiosity, huge smiles, and a personality all his own.
These days he's passionate about Bluey, hockey, and ice skating—and hearing him proudly share those interests made the evening even more memorable.
Children don't need to perform during family sessions.
They simply need the freedom to be themselves.
Those authentic moments become the photographs families treasure the most.
