Remember a few months ago when I shared this story about one of our Hashtag Memories Dads who took the time to shoot a DIY Maternity session of his beautiful wife and their baby girl, due to Covid-19?
Well, their sweet baby girl has officially arrived...
and I think Momma (and Me) were both so relieved to be able to get this session in, safely. Miss Madilynn Grace arrived in early May and her family couldn't be more smitten with their newest edition (and YES, even the puppers are in love with her!)
Also, while hanging out with the Kessler family during their session, we found some seriously funny connections between us...
Though, originally refereed to HTM by a mutual acquaintance, it's amazing we hadn't met before. During the shoot it was revealed that were all at University together - at the same time & frequenting many of the same shopping places and campus hang outs.
It was fun to reminisce about silly inside grad jokes like shopping at the "good" Wal-Mart (it was further from campus but brand spankin' new!) or weird quirks that our campus had/allowed that seem SO out of place some <cough, cough> 10 years later, like smoking still being "ok" in the doors until 2009 or so (seriously, wtf?)
Anyhow, it just goes to prove how small this world truly can be... same place. same time. same hang outs - yet - total strangers. Go figure.
p.s. Bonus Points if you can guess what school it was we all went to. (No family or friends cheating now...)
